Return Policy and Guarantee

Classic Memories is dedicated to Customer Service & Satisfaction!

If you are not satisfied with any Item you purchased from Classic Memories,

please send it back within TWO WEEKS.  We will promptly issue a Credit or

Refund (whichever you prefer) provided it has not sustained damage after

your receipt.

Classic Memories asks you to please advise, upon receipt of any items, by

email to "service @ Classicmemories.com"  order to obtain authorization 

 for returning.  

Classic Memories cannot accept returns of damaged glass  (other than

damage occurred in Shipping) after your receipt  by breakage nor refund

any shipping or insurance charges.
