A. We can produce a slideshow for any event, including the following: Anniversaries, Artist Portfolios, Birthdays, Family/General Photos, Graduation, High School Senior Photos, Holidays, Memorials, Religious Ceremonies, Retirements, Sporting Events, Vacations, and Weddings.
A. Yes, you have the option to preview your photo book for an additional fee. You will receive a web link and password directing you to your book on our website. It is here you will be able to preview your book and complete our form to submit your approval. If you require changes, you will have one opportunity to request them. After changes, you will be able to preview your photo book once more. We will process your order after we receive your approval via our website. An added benefit to your preview is that you can share your photo book with family and friends after it has been approved. We suggest that you take advantage of this service.
A. Yes. You may reorder online within one year of the original order. You will need to provide your original order number as well as your original order title when reordering. Please visit our Reorder Products page to place your reorder.
A. All sales on Classic Memories’® website are final. Due to the nature of these custom made, unique Photo Books, we do not offer refunds. To ensure your satisfaction, we strongly recommend you choose the option to preview the Photo Book before it is finalized and mailed to you. If, at any time, an error is made by Classic Memories®, we will correct it.

Each package depicts the amount of photos included, pages included, page finish, and style of the book: wire-bound, softcover or hardcover. A. Yes. It is imperative that you indicate to us how you would like your photographs to appear in your Photo Book.
If you are submitting printed photographs and/or 35mm slides, place removable tape or a stickee on the back. Number them lightly in pencil on the tape or stickee in the order you would like them to appear in your Photo Book. Add the initials of your first and last name before the number. For example, if your name is Jane Smith, your numbering would be: js001, js002, js003, etc. Please ensure numbering is continuous.
If your photos are digital, rename the files by numbering them in the order you would like them to appear in your project. Add the initials of your first and last name before the number. For example, if your name is Jane Smith, filenames should appear as: js001.jpg, js002.jpg, js003.jpg, etc. Please ensure numbering is continuous.
A. To ensure your images appear optimally in your Photo Book, we will perform basic enhancements to your photographs, including: red eye removal, exposure, and color adjustments when appropriate. Besides these enhancements, we do not offer digital retouching, restoration, or compositing.
A. If you are sending images taken with a digital camera or if they have been scanned, your files should have been taken or saved in the medium to high resolution setting. Digital images taken or scanned with a low resolution setting will not print clearly if included in the Photo Book. For best results, your photos should be high quality, full color and/or black and white.
A. 1) Decide on the package you want to order and gather your photos. 2) Complete the ordering process by using our online form. 3) Send us your material and we will begin working on your request. See our How to Order page for more details.
A. For photographs, 35mm slides, and other paper material, gather and organize photos in a stack, cover with cardboard, and secure with a rubber band. Insert into a zip top plastic bag, along with a copy of your order, and seal it. Place the zip top plastic bag in a protective mailing envelope before mailing.
A. We request that you ship your materials using a service that enables you to track your package. We highly recommend that you insure your materials as well. For customers in Westchester, NY and parts of Connecticut, we can arrange a meeting to receive your materials.
A. Yes. The DVD or CD should be enclosed in a jewel case. Your DVDs, CDs, or USB flash drives, as well as a copy of your order, should be placed into a zip top plastic bag before inserting into a protective mailing envelope. Please note: all original, tangible materials that you supply to us will be returned to you.
A. There are several options for submitting your photographs and/or music to us: Upload files, Mail, meeting in person, or a combination. You can either submit your digital files, photo jpegs and music mp3s from your computer, using our upload feature located on our Order Products page, you may mail your photographs (prints, digital, and/or 35mm slides) and/or music CD(s) to our mailing address, or request a meeting in person.
Upload files: Choosing this option allows you to transfer your digital images within the Order Products page. We require each photo image to be medium to hi-res for optimal results. If you choose this method, complete the upload form to the left of the options column. To select your files, press the "Select Files" button. Add up to 100 image files per upload. Your files can be removed individually from the list by hovering over the file name and clicking the "X" icon to the right of the file you want to remove. Enter your name, email address, and a message if necessary. Press the "Send Now" button to submit. If submitting more than 100 files, repeat the process.
When satisfied with all of your selection(s) press the "Add to Bag" button and then press the "Go to Checkout" button.
Mail: Choosing this option will indicate that you will mail your printed images, 35mm slides and/or digital images (copied onto a DVD, CD, or USB flash drive) to us after completing your order. Your photos, DVDs, CDs, or USB flash drives, as well as a copy of your order sent to you via email, should be covered with cardboard and secured with a rubber band. Your material should be placed into a zip top plastic bag before inserting into a protective mailing envelope. Please note: all original materials that you supply to us will be returned to you. A. Yes. Each additional copy is an exact duplicate of the original. Copies can be ordered when placing the initial order. For pricing on additional photo books, please visit our Packages and Pricing page for more details.
A. Yes, your original source materials will be returned to you with your completed order. Once your pictures are scanned (if necessary), we will return your original, tangible materials along with your photo book. We will use lint-free cotton gloves when handling your photographs to ensure that they remain in the condition in which we have received them.
A. Expect to receive your completed Photo Book within 20 business days after we receive your order, materials, payment, and if applicable, your final approval. Once finalized, we will send your completed product and all of your original, tangible materials back to you. Your signature will be required by the mail carrier prior to receiving your package.
A. Yes. We will create and ship Photo Books to any resident, 18 years of age or older, living in the United States. Our ordering process takes place online. You can upload or mail your photos to us. We will ship your finished product to you, along with any original, tangible materials you supply to us.
